Shipping Policy

At Dusk Golf, we want to get your golf balls to you as quickly as possible so you can get out on the course after dark.

Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, such as sales or the Christmas season, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are shown as an estimate at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather or customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact our customer support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team. We'll work with the carrier to locate your order and, if it can't be found, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
